How to Use Buttons and Links
To save the button and make it a link to the Mouse Beat blog here are a few little helpful tips:
1. Right click the image you wish to use (button) and save to a file somewhere on your computer.
2. Upload the image from your computer to a image hosting site such as flickr or photobucket (both are free)
3. Once you have the image uploaded they will give you a code that will include the tags a href and img src. The a href tag this where you will put http://www.mousebeat.com between the “ ” marks. The img src is a tag that refers to the link to the image … no changes need to be made to that part of the code. Take the whole code and copy it and past it where you want it to be (this code is html that will work in most blogs and signatures).
If you want to link to Mouse Beat without a button you can have a text link. Below are a few tips on how to create a text link:
1. Use the a href tag. The code will look like this…
<a href="http://www.mousebeat.com/">Mouse Beat: Disney Blog. </a>
2. The above code will look like this when you paste it where you want it: Mouse Beat: Disney Blog
Thanks for wanting to link to Mouse Beat!
