Resort Location:
Disney’s Swann Hotel is located in the Epcot Resort area. Transportation to the theme parks is available by water launch and bus as well as a walkway to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Resort Recreation:
There are several recreational activities available to Swann Hotel guests both indoors and outdoors here is a list of what they have to offer…

  • Pools:
    There is a 3 acre grotto pool with a waterslide, two lap pools, four whirlpools a spring pool and a kiddie pool.
  •  Beach:
    White sand beaches for rest and relaxation.
  • Health Club:
    State of the art equipment and experienced trainers. There is also a whirlpool, sauna and massage and body treatments available.
  • Game Room:
    Various games for kids of all ages located on the lower level of the Resort.
  • Playground:
    Outdoor fully equipped playground.
  • Tennis:
    Racquets and balls are available for rental to play on four lighted courts. Private tennis lessons are offered daily at the Grand Floridian Tennis Center. For reservations and more information, please call 407-621-1991.
  • Electric Boat Rentals:
    Guests can rent a Chaise Lounger or a Fun Boat for Crescent Lake.
  • Jogging Trails:
    .8 mile walk/run that takes you past five Epcot® area Resorts and around Crescent Lake. There is also a one of the two-, three- or four-mile routes.
  • Volleyball Court:
    On the white sand beaches.
  • Basketball Court
  • Camp Dolphin:
    A place for kids ages 4-12 to play under the supervision of trained professionals while parents enjoy a night out.

 

What’s special about the Disney’s Swann Hotel:
Disney’s Swann Hotel has fantastic architecture. It also offers 17 restaurants and lounges. The Swann also offers meeting facilities. 

 

Resort Dining:
The Swann Hotel offers several dining options…

Garden Grove: A character dining experience in the newly redesigned Garden Grove. A 25 foot oak tree stands in the middle of the restaurant for diners to look at while they enjoy American cuisine for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Character dining is available for breakfast. Breakfast and Lunch are served A la Carte with prices ranging from $15 to $35.99 per person and Dinner is Buffet style with prices ranging from $15- $35.99 per person.  

Il Mulino New York Trattoria: A signature dining experience that serves Italian cuisine for dinner only. Dinner is served A la Carte and prices range from $36- $59.99 per person.

Kimonos: A casual dining experience that serves dinner only. Japanese cuisine is served A la Carte and prices range from $15- $35.99 per person. Not only can you obtain a wonderful Japanese meal at Kimonos you can also participate or listen to karaoke entertainment.


Splash Grill & Deli : A Quick Service eatery that is an al fresco dining spot that offers sandwiches and burgers.

Rooms with a view: (max of 4 guests)

  • Resort View with Balcony: A view from your room balcony of the resort grounds, pool or the Disney Dolphin Hotel. (Prices start at $339 per night)
  • Resort View: View of the resort grounds (prices start at $309 per night)
  • Courtyard View: Views of the gardens and other landscaping
  • Lake View: a view of Crescent Lake.
  • Standard View: A view of the resort grounds. (prices start at $259 per night)


Suites: (maximum 5-10 Guests)

  • 1 BR Executive Suite (sleeps 6) (prices start at $865 per night)
  • 2 BR Executive Suite (sleeps 10) (prices start at $1,225 per night)
  • 1 BR Governor's Suite (sleeps 7) (prices start at $1,455 per night)
  • 1 BR Presidential Suite (sleeps up to 10) (prices start at $2,395 per night)
  • 2 BR Presidential Suite (prices start at $2,835)
