Resort Location:
Disney’s Boardwalk Villas are located in the Epcot area. Transportation is available to the theme parks via bus, water launch and through a walk way to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.  

Resort Recreation:
There are several recreational activities available to Disney’s Boardwalk Villas guests both indoors and outdoors here is a list of what they have to offer…

  • Pools:
    Pools are available at Luna Park where there is also a 200 foot long Keister Coaster water slide. Or for those guests who would like a more leisurely swim they can enjoy the quiet pool.
  • Muscles & Bustles Health Club:
    State- of- the- art equipment and massage treatments available by appointment.
  • Arcades:
    Various games for children of all ages located near Luna Park or at The Yard at the ESPN® Club.
  • Children's Playground:
    Located near Luna Park Pool.
  • Watercraft Rentals:
    Guests can rent for an extra cost a Pontoon Boat, Canopy Boat or Mercury WaterMouse™, or take a specialty cruise.
  • Bike Rentals:
    Guests can rent a bike or surrey for trips along the boardwalk.
  • Fishing:
    Catch and release fishing for the whole family.
  • Tennis:
    Racquets and balls are available to guest at no extra charge. Private lessons are also available..
  • Jogging Trail:
    A Walk/Run .8 mile trail around Crescent Lake.
  • Community Hall:
    Guests can involve themselves in board games, arts and crafts and more.

 

What’s special about the Disney’s Boardwalk Villas:
The villas are themed to reflect 1940s Atlantic City. It is also within walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.  The Boardwalk Inn Villas also offers meeting facilities.

Signature Dining
Flying Fish Café
A healthy approach to seafood is offered at the Flying Fish. The restaurant prides itself on its creative cuisine.

Special and Unique Dining
Spoodles
Spoodles serves breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is American cuisine served A la Carte ($15- 35.99). Dinner is Mediterranean cuisine from locales such as Greece, Italy, Spain and North Africa.

Casual Dining
Big River Grille & Brewing Works
A great chance to see beer brewing and have lunch or dinner. Prices range from $15-$35.99 per person and American Cuisine is served.

ESPN® Club
Lunch, Dinner and Snacks served in a completely sports environment. 100 monitors play different sporting events while you enjoy American Cuisine in this Sports Bar environment.

Fresh baked treats for the whole family.

Studio Villas with prices starting at  $325 per night (tax is not included) (sleeps up to 4 people)

One-Bedroom Villa with prices starting at  $435 per night (tax is not included) (sleeps up to 4 people)

Two-Bedroom Villa with prices starting at $610 per night (tax is not included) (sleeps up to 8 people)

General Room amenities:

  • Pak-n-Play crib, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner in each room
  • Whirlpool tub (except Studios)
