Disney World Parades

Celebrate Today

I have to admit before I started watching the parades at the Disney World theme parks I was not really a fan of parades. Often I found my hometown parades a bit boring. But last year transformed me into a parade fan. There are a couple of parades in Disney World. Animal Kingdom has the Mickey’s Jammin Jungle Parade which is a 15 minute long tribute to the animals of Animal Kingdom. Epcot used to have a parade but currently does not. Hollywood Studios has Block Party Bash is the place you will see many Pixar characters, acrobats and other Hollywood Studios performers. And Magic Kingdom… is the parade lover’s dream with two parades, Celebrate a Dream Come True the brand new parade and SpectroMagic which is a classic light parade that should not be missed. All around the web there is a buzz about the new parade at Magic Kingdom, Celebrate a Dream Come True. Some people love, some do not like it. Personally I thought it was great. The theme this year for Disney is Celebrations… What will you celebrate? Well all this week at Mouse Beat we will celebrate the new additions to Disney parades. I have tons of pictures and stories to tell about my first time watching the new parade in Magic Kingdom. Come on back tomorrow and I will tell you about the celebrations before the new parade.
