Gran Fiesta Tour

Years ago we rode the Gran Fiesta Tour and I remember it being a cute little boat ride that took you through a fiesta where dolls (similar to the ones in “It’s a Small World”) sang and danced. While on a trip to Epcot last week Norwood and I decided to ride it again because we noticed that the sign said it was now starring the Three Caballeros. So we zipped through the line (literally the night we were there, there was only one person in front of us) and boarded our little boat for an adventure with the Three Caballeros.
As begin your journey you come across the Three Caballeros who were scheduled to perform, but they cannot find Donald Duck. You travel through parts of Mexico and Epcot to help Panchito and Jose Carioca find Donald. One of my favorite parts of the ride is when the two fly into a restaurant on a magic blanket and tell the chef that they are looking for a duck. He brings out a cooked duck and they take off. Another thing that is neat about this ride is, while you are on your way to the concert who float past San Angel Inn. When we went by there were lots of little kids waving to us. It was great.
Gran Fiesta Tour is a cute ride that lasts about 8 minutes. On your next trip to Mexico stop on in.
