Big Bad Voodoo Daddy

Opening night for the Eat to the Beat series was packed and hopping with the sounds of Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. The swing band started in 1989 in Southern California and was a huge crowd favorite this year at Eat to the Beat. They played their hits such as “Go Daddy-O” and “Mr. Pinstripe Suit.” People were singing along and dancing to the last show of the evening. It was a perfect complement to the International Food and Wine Festival Opening Day. My sister from Wyoming, Norwood and I had a fantastic time snapping shots and dancing to the music.
The Eat to the Beat Series runs until November 9, 2008 and features such acts as David Cassidy and Los Lobos. For a list of bands and dates see my Eat to the Beat Info.
