Sunshine Seasons- The Land

seasons food court

Need a place to eat quickly while you wait to ride the incredibly popular Soarin? Why not try the Sunshine Seasons Grill. No reservations needed with a variety of choices. Located in The Land (just a hop and a skip from Soarin) is the large cafeteria style eatery. Sunshine Seasons serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and prices are 14.99 and under.

Much like the food courts at many resorts there are several options to choose from or to mix and match. They offer such foods as salads, soups, sandwiches, deserts and more. Norwood and I ate at Sunshine Seasons the last time we waited for our turn on Soarin. They have amazing sandwiches! My particular favorite was the grilled vegetable. With a huge piece of Eggplant and peppers and more, the sandwich was more than enough for one person (in fact I could not eat it all myself). For the meat eaters out there that want a specialty sandwich Norwood recommends the Turkey sandwich. Turkey with fresh veggies and a chipotle sauce he said it was an awesome sandwich for $7.00.

The only thing we found lacking at Sunshine Seasons was the choice of beverages. They had the standard juice, and milk (both white and chocolate), soda and strangely beer. Besides those choices there was nothing else to choose from. They had a smoothie machine but alas during our visit it was out of order. So try it out the next time you need a meal or snack quick and are in Epcot’s The Land.
